服务器虚拟磁盘无法打开,在xenapp打开Word 报错，且看不到服务器磁盘

我利用citrix xenapp 帐号进入 APP界面，奇怪的是 我看不到xenapp服务器上的磁盘，只能看到自己电脑磁盘(权限允许此帐号查看xenapp服务器磁盘)，而且打开word，在word里居然有这样子的英文信息(此帐号在别的电脑上是正常的)：
