hive启动出现java.net.URISyntaxException

问题原因：配置hive-site.xml 时，其中的system:java.io.tmpdir没有设置有效值
解决办法： 创建hive的临时目录，如 $HIVE_HOME/tmp , 找到hive-site.xml 中的system.:java.io.tmpdir, 并替换为所创建的hive 临时目录，主要有从下两个配置项：
