1 .【目标是不是真实的】 你的决策有多少是由“应该做什么”来主导的?我们做事情常常是因为我们认为这是我们默认要做的,而不一定是因为这是我们认为正确的。下次你做决定时,问这样一个问题:我这样做是不是因为我想做/我应该做?
2 .【动机是不是真实的】 你对激发人行为的因素了解多少?如果我们不知道自己的动机是什么,我们就无法领导他人。你的动机是什么?什么让你生气?你的底线是什么?
3 .【限制是不是真实的】 哪些自我限制的信念阻碍了你?我们都有根深蒂固的想法,并且认为那些想法是真的。例如,我们说:I can't do this because this, I'm not 'like that, so this won't work…要意识到,你经常会让这些自我限制的信念阻碍你和你周围的人做出大胆的决定。

#1: How much of your decision-making is led by 'shoulds'? All too often we do things because we think it's what we're supposed to be doing, not necessarily what we thinks is right. Next time you make a decision ask the question, am I doing this because I WANT to or because I think I SHOULD?
#2: How well do you know your triggers? We can't lead others if we don't know what makes us tick. What motivates you? What gets you angry? What are your red lines?
#3: Which self-limiting beliefs are holding you back? We all have things that are engrained in us to think that are true. For example we say: I can't do this because of this, I'm not 'like that' so this won't work ... Be conscious of how often you're allowing these self-limiting beliefs to get in the way of making bold decisions for you and those around you.
