用mendeley在word中插入文献_【学术软件】解决Mendeley word插件的429问题

在word文档中使用Mendeley插件管理引用文献，突然间显示429 ActiveX部件不能创建对象的问题。Mendeley软件运行一切正常。打开其他word文档和新建文档，使用Mendeley word插件，一切正常。

【问题猜测】

应该是某个注册表或者路径出问题了，导致Mendeley word plugin找不到某些文件。可能需要重新安装插件或者初始化路径。

【最终解决方法】

在电脑中找到名为 MendeleyWordPlugin.exe 的文件，就在Mendeley的安装目录下。找到此文件的快捷方法是使用Everything软件（仅限Windows）。

右击此文件，选择 以管理员身份运行。

关闭并重新打开之前出问题的文档，再次使用Mendeley插件，一切正常。

2020/12/29 更新：该文档第二次出现这个问题。这个运行MendeleyWordPlugin.exe的方法不起作用。最后安装了v1.17的Mendeley Desktop，解决了这个问题。

【尝试过的解决方法】

（这些方法由网友提供，但不能解决我的问题。如果你的Mendeley出现问题了，也可以尝试下）

1. 查看Microsoft的官网文档（Error 429），看不懂。【不解决问题】
2. 在Mendeley软件中，卸载并重新安装word plugin。【不解决问题】
3. 查找Mendeley的更新，安装最近的更新。【Mendeley已经是最新版本，不解决问题】
4. 怀疑是word中的template和Mendeley template的冲突问题。新建一个word文档，使用同样的template，可以正常使用Mendeley word plugin。【不解决问题】
5. 找到名为 MendeleyWordPlugin.exe 的文件，双击运行【不解决问题，可能是权限不够】

【其他方法】

1. 安装旧版本的Mendeley Desktop (v1.1.7)。在第二次出现ActiveX not found error 429时候，以管理员身份运行或者双击运行 MendeleyWordPlugin.exe 不起作用，最后重新下载安装了v1.17解决了这个问题。v1.17的下载网站如下：

2. 在Windows注册表中注册Mendeley Word Plugin，需要以管理员身份运行cmd。【更新于2020/12/29】再次出现ActiveX not found error，通过这个方法解决了问题。

In my case I fixed reregistring the the "MendeleyWordPlugin" in the windows register.
To do that you have to use "command prompt".
1- Digite "cmd" in programs.Right click on it, choose 'Run As Administrator'.
2- Go to the mendeley folder. In my case is in "c:Program Files (x86)Mendeley Desktop"
For change folder tou can use "cd + name of the folder". To back digite "cd .." If you have doubts google "usual DOS commands".
3- After you are in the mendeley folder digite "MendeleyWordPlugin.exe /regserver"
This command will register your "MendeleyWordPlugin.exe" in the windows register.
