Directed signature scheme is introduced when the signed message contains information sensitive to the signature receiver.In most proposed directed signature schemes, the signer is generally a single person.But when the message is on behalf of an organization, and the original signer is absent, A valid sensitive message may required the approval of designated persons.Then threshold proxy signature schemes are used to solve these problems. This paper presents a directed threshold proxy signature scheme which integrated the directed signature and threshold proxy signature.As Compared with existing directed signature scheme, Our scheme have not only directed signature and threshold proxy signature properties, but also the following main properties:(1)Non-repudiation that the original signer and the actual proxy signers can not deny having generated the valid directed threshold proxy signature.(2) The designated verifier can certify the actuality of the group signers and know who generated the signature. Moreover our scheme is superior security and efficient
