HTML post打开页面,用get和post的方式打开一个新页面窗口

1.用get的方式比较简单，把要传递的参数直接拼接到url的后面，这个对传递参数有要求，不能传递太长的参数。

2.用post的方式，需要生成一个新的隐藏表单，用表单提交的方式打开新页面，target 属性用来控制打开方式
