MySQL服务器上新引入的SSL连接现在默认安装在CentOS 6.7 default rep上。

只要删除证书文件就可以根据文档解决问题：

如果服务器在数据目录中找不到有效的证书和密钥文件，它将继续执行，但不启用安全连接
