摘要

三水港属于佛山市的重要港口之一，但经过调研发现，三水港试点港口原进出闸口流程存在着提重车辆等待时间过长、等待车辆过多堵塞交通等问题，迫切需要流程改造。由于流程改造涉及到港口内部系统运作，没有计量依据下的改造可能会使港口运作混乱，带来较大的损失。

针对这种情况，必须使用仿真建模对港口新旧流程进行模拟，确定改造的可行性与有效性，本文则主要介绍了对三水港试点港口闸口流程升级改造前后进行仿真建模的过程。

本文根据流程改造范围和港口闸口存在的问题，对数据进行收集与整理并模拟随机分布，得到了各种业务拖车的到达时段与到达率、闸口和堆场的处理时间分布，之后对新旧流程进行仿真建模，最后对仿真指标作对比分析，以说明流程改造效果。

本文采用了Flexsim与Arena两种仿真软件共同建模。使用Flexsim完成客户易于接受的3D动画流程和部分简单数据图标的可视化；使用Arena构建清晰稳定的流程逻辑、简单的流程动画和仿真指标分析。

通过重复仿真对比后，发现改造前后提重拖车等待时间由原来平均30分钟，减少至平均1分钟以下，闸口前提重车辆数由原来最多144辆，减少至36辆，说明通过实施提重的预约到达与入闸流程改造，可以优化港口的进出闸时间、缓解堵塞，证明闸口流程改造有其实际意义。

Abstract

SanShui port is one of the most important ports in Foshan. However, existing problems such as too much waiting time and long queue length are found in present gate operation process after investigation. It is necessary to rebuilt a new operation immediately. But without comparison with the old operation process using simulation method, the practicality of the new rebuilt process is questionable where serious economic loss can be resulted.

This paper explores the difference before and after the introduction of the new simulation modelling system in SanShui container port where the feasibility and efficiency is evaluated.

Based on problems, data is collected and manipulated to access the trailers arrival rate, trailers arrival time and the distribution of delay time in gate. This is followed by modelling and comparison of the new and the old operation process. Using the output index to show the effect of rebuilding process at last.
