apache php 执行缓慢,现象：APACHE调用PHP执行慢4到5秒

环境是：XAMPP APACHE PHP MYSQL SERVER2003

现象是：APACHE日志记录收信息是10:00:00

执行PHP的时间是10:00:04，非常有规律，每次都慢4到5秒

解决方案：
