计算机中缺失vl.dll,MSI格式安装包提示DLL缺失的权限问题

错误提示一般为：There is a problem with this Windows Installer package.

A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run.

Contact your support personnel or package vendor.

这一般来说是电脑权限没有获取造成的，而msi安装包右键点击没有以管理员运行这一项，这时有3个方法可以参考：(当然，第一个方法最省事)

1. 开始 ---> 附件 ---> 命令提示符

(用管理员运行)。

然后输入msi文件的路径，比如 D:\**.msi， 就可以安装了

2. Win+R，打开运行，输入regedit，打开注册表编辑器，定位到HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Msi.Package\shell路径，右击shell，新建“runas”项，在runas项右侧，更改默认字符串，为“以管理员身份运行”值。

​​​​在shell下，继续新建“command”项，更改默认字符串为msiexec

/i“%1”，退出注册表编辑器，生效。

然后你就可以用右键点击 msi了，上面居然有

以管理员身份运行了。​
