我发现在SDE库中已经有建立了SDE表，不过还不知道全不全，没有办法的情况下，我只好用SDESERVICE命令直接创建服务!

C:\Documents and Settings\ryh.WESTGIS.000>sdeservice -o create

-p ryhoracle -l @qzgis -H C:\arcgis\ArcSDE\ora9iexe\ -d

oracle9i,sde -i esri_sde -u sde -p sde

修改Windows配制文件 首先在c:\winnt\system32\drivers\ect目录下找到

services文件，使用记事本打开，在最后加一行 esri_sde 5151/tcp

#ArcSDE

修改sde配置文件在ArcSDE安装路径下的etc目录中(兔八哥的就是D:\ArcGIS\arcexe81\arcsde\oraexe\e

tc)有一个services.sde，使用记事本将esri_sde前面的#给去除，保存.

在好多次不成功而又找不到错误的情况下，我用ArcSDE8.3 for

Oracle9i(企业9.0.1.0.0),原来是ArcSDE8.2，结果用两个字来形容“简单“，一次成功!

结论：ArcSDE8.1和ArcSDE8.2安装在Oracle8.1.5上有问题

ArcSDE8.3 安装在Oracle 9.0.1.0.0上有问题。
