今天安装oracle rac报了以下错误：
[INS-20802] Oracle Cluster Verification Utility failed
点击detail，可以看到理由
The plug-in failed in its perform method
然后仔细看安装报错文件，如下提示：

说的是scan ip的问题，查阅官网，大体意思是说，这个scan ip已经存在，如果我们在ping scan ip的时候，可以ping通，那这个错误可以忽略，看到这个后，果断跳过，不予理睬
