ANSI(Windows-1252)

在Windows直至Windows 95中，ANSI是默认字符集。

ANSI也称为Windows-1252。

重要的提示

ANSI和ISO-8859-1非常相似。它们仅相差32个字符。

在ANSI中，从128到159的字符用于一些有用的字符，例如欧元符号。

在ISO-8859-1中，这些字符映射为HTML中无用的控制字符。

许多Web开发人员都声明ISO-8859-1并使用这32个值，就像使用Windows-1252一样。

由于这种常见的误解，当声明ISO-8859-1时，浏览器将更改为Windows-1252。可以对任何DOCTYPE：HTML4，HTML5和XHTML完成此操作。

ANSI和ASCII
