oracle rman 06056,RMAN-06169: could not read file header for datafile 6 error reason 5

Hi All

Getting this error while DB backup ran using RMAN

RMAN-06169: could not read file header for datafile 6 error reason 5

RMAN-06056: could not access datafile 6

When i checked the DB and the result is as follows:

SQL> select * from v$datafile where FILE#=6;

no rows selected

SQL> select * from v$recover_file where file#=6;

no rows selected

SQL>  select file#, name, status from v$datafile_header;

File# 5 & 6 belongs to temporary tablespaces as shown below. I do not understand why the backup is failing?
