linux i915补丁,如何把i915做成内核模块

我在使用surface3， 系统 archlinux 除了网络和背光问题其他一切正常。 网络问题咨询了 stephen just 之后暂时撂在一边不管。背光问题具体症状是： 显示器不能用 dpms 关闭，只显示黑色的blank屏幕。

咨询了 Stephen just 之后得知 是 i915 驱动先于pwm驱动启动引发pwm驱动错误， dmesg中显示为: [drm:pwm_setup_backlight [i915]] *ERROR* Failed to own the pwm chip

他说唯一的解决方法是让i915在pwm之后启动。而这么做的方法就是i915驱动以及所有依赖包做成一个内核模块。

萌新跪求大神指导。

As for controlling the display, the key thing I needed to doto make that work was to delay loading the i915 module to as late as possible.That can be done by blacklisting it, or you can make i915 driver a module, andthe other dependency drivers built-in, as I did in my custom kernel.

In the copr that my custom kernel is in, take a look at thepackage source. There should be a config-surface3 file that indicates whichmodules I needed to build-in, etc, that weren't in the standard fedora config.
