php is_write,php is_writable返回false 但可以写入 如何更好地判断权限

PHP 中原生的 is_writable() 函数在windows系统中不能准确判断文件是否可写, 如果文件只是可读 is_writable() 也会返回 true, 无法达到真正的判断目的.

而如果是在 Unix 内核的系统中, 在配置文件 safe_mode 参数被设置为 on 时 is_writable() 函数也不奏效. 为了避免这样的问题可以使用CodeIgniter封装好的函数，如下，
