tf2.x版本使用keras报错Function call stack: keras_scratch_graph Error的解决方案~

博主用的是tf2.x版本，在使用keras中的model.load_weights时出现报错，这是版本不兼容的问题。只需在开头加上如下代码，即可消除报错。
