Alfrid Buki, an engineer from Switzerland is seen as the inventor of the turbocharger(涡轮增压器) at the time of its invention and today the turbine purpose is to take advantage of the exhaust gas produced by the engine. Today small airplanes and light aircraft are equipped with the turbo reality the problem of low air pressure and higher altitudes(高海拔) chips, and boats also use turbo charged engines(涡轮增压引擎) just like most diesel engines(柴油引擎) of cars do in a standard four-stroke diesel engine(涡轮增压四冲程柴油机) air is forced. Into this cylinder by atmospheric pressure this is the reason where this kind of engine is known as a naturally aspirated engine(吸气机) at times of high RPM(高转速) which sample on the highway the atmospheric pressure will not push enough air into this cylinder consequently the engine cannot run efficiently here the turbo charger comes into play the standard turbo as it is used in boats airplanes. And course is composed of a shaft with turbine wheel(涡轮机叶轮) on one end and a compressor wheel(压气机叶轮) on the other And the turbine wheel and the compressor wheel may look the same and are covered by a housing(气缸) the exhaust gas(废气) produced by the engine enters the turbine housing through the inlet port(进气口) at that point thermal energy(热能) is converted into kinetic engine(动能) because of the constriction(压缩) in the turbine(涡轮). Consequently the turbine is driven by kinetic energy as the turbine wheel and compressor will share the same shaft the compressor wheel spins at the same speed as the turbine wheel consequently the compressor wheel draws in air compresses it then the air passes through the outlet port and supplies the engine with oxygen. Let’s have a look at the turbo and other components to have a beter idea of the axles gas enters the turbine through the inlet port drives the turbine wheel and exits the turbine through the outlet pot here by the compressor wheel draws in air compresses the air and pushes it to the engine. Engines that have a turbo unknown as turbocharges engines a turbo only works efficiently if other components are poured of the anti a system. We need for example and intercooler because the air heats up when it’s compressed so the intercooler will cool down the hot air coming from the compressor ensuring that more oxygen reaches the engine that makes the engine much more efficient furthermore evolve which is also known as a waste gate is used to divert exhaust gas away from the turbine when too much excess gas is produced by the engine so it limits the rotational speed of the turbine wheel and consequently the compressor wheel so that the turbocharger won’t be damaged
