解决pip命令失效问题（ModuleNotFoundError: No module named ‘pip‘）

python -m ensurepip

python -m pip install --upgrade pip

安装完毕后使用CMD执行pip进行验证,不要使用PowerShell

#出现如下提示则证明安装成功
