解决Using platform encoding (UTF-8 actually) to copy filtered resources, i.e. build is platform depend

项目在导入一些依赖时报错：

Using platform encoding (UTF-8 actually) to copy filtered resources, i.e. build is platfor

在项目pom.xml中增加如下配置：

<properties>
        <project.build.sourceEncoding>UTF-8</project.build.sourceEncoding>
    </properties>
