在对应的xml文件中，删除下面context的版本号

http://www.springframework.org/schema/context/spring-context-4.0.xsd

这个问题大部分是因为版本号的问题，可以修改或者删除版本号。
可以尝试，全部版本号都删掉，删掉context的版本号，修改版本号，删除后撤回删除操作恢复原来，这些都有可能解决问题
