Method and method for marking color ring inductance
The color code marking method of the inductor is a means to correctly determine and calculate the inductance L of the inductor. Inductor marking methods include direct labeling, text symbol marking, digital marking and color code marking, etc., which need to be carefully mastered.
1. Direct-standard method of the inductor The straight-line method of the inductor is generally marked with a unit, which is easy to understand and recognize. The figure below shows the direct scaling of the 31 ftH inductance.
2.2. The symbolic notation of the inductor. The word symbology of the inductor is also represented by the unit's text symbol. When the unit is μH, R is used as the symbol of the inductor, and the other is the same as the resistor. As shown in the figure below, the inductance is 4.7. Text symbology for μH and 0.33μH.
3. Inductor digital sign method The digital sign method of the inductor is the same as the resistor. The first two digits are valid numbers, the third digit is zero or the magnification (l0n), the unit is μH, as shown in the figure below. Shown, respectively, Figure (a) Inductance: 22μH or 22 x 10=22 x 1 μH, deviation: ±5%; Figure (b) Inductance: 2 400 μH or 24 x 102=24 x 100=2 400 μH =2.4 mH, deviation: ±10%.
4. Inductor color code marking method The color code marking method of the inductor mostly adopts the color circle marking method. The color ring inductance identification method is the same as the resistance (the number represented by the color circle and the judgment direction are the same as the resistor). In the color ring inductance, the number represented by the first two color rings is a valid value, and the number represented by the third color ring is zero or a magnification (lon), as shown in Figure 3-11. Figure (a) is the main parameter: the inductance is 2 . 7 μH or 27x 10-1=27x0.1=2.7 μH; Figure (b) can also be used for colorlessness to indicate the deviation requirement, colorless is ±20%.
The number represented by the color circle: black, brown, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, gray, white. 0-9 digits; gold: magnification is 10-1 (0.1) deviation is ± 5%; silver: magnification is 10-2 (0.01), deviation is ± 10%
