service mysqld restart

flush privileges;

grant all privileges on . to root@’%’ identified by ‘123456’ with grant option;

quit;

service mysqld restart

mysql> use mysql;
mysql> update user set password=password(“你的新密码”) where user=“root”;
mysql> flush privileges;
mysql> quit

最后

去掉刚才添加的内容
skip-grant-tables
