maven项目pom文件报错Failure to transfer org.apacheXXX from/to XXX

报错：

Failure to transfer org.apache.commons:commons-compress:pom:1.19 from
https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2 was   cached in the local repository, 
resolution will not be reattempted until the update interval of central has 
elapsed or updates   are forced. O

同时建议在仓库路径下打开cmd命令提示符。输入：

for /r %i in (*.lastUpdated) do del %i

用来清理maven下载jar包时的垃圾文件。
然后在回到项目中“maven update”
