vue使用npm run build 打包报错 primordials is not defined的解决方法

项目场景：npm run build 打包报错primordials is not defined

问题描述：

原因分析：

node版本12.0以上，gulp版本4以下（我这里gulp是3.9.1,node是12.16.2）

解决方案：

1.升级gulp到4.0

npm install --save-dev gulp@4

2.修改gulpfile.js文件(版本不同内容也需要修改—直接用以下代码替换原文件代码)
