具体错误例：
RLException: [tfs_c.launch] is neither a launch file in package [tf03_tfs] nor is [tf03_tfs] a launch file name

错因分析：运行launch文件之前，未配置运行环境

解决方法：先在工作空间目录下运行如下代码之后在运行相应的launch文件即可

source ./devel/setup.bash

我详细记录我遇到的问题，首先工作空间，功能包编译没有问题，已经source，然后rosluanch， roslaunch和mbot_gazebo，可以tab，但是launch文件tab不出来。期间我没有做什么修改，尝试了cd到对应的功能包的launch文件夹下，然后roslaunch这个文件，结果是能够运行gazebo，但是里面的墙不见了，只有一个空的环境和机器人模型。2、如果遇到launch文件名tab不出来，包的名称可以tab出来的，可以尝试复制launch文件名到终端中粘贴，然后运行。
