appium踩坑：Error: Failed to launch Appium Settings app: Cannot start the ‘io.appium.settings‘ applicat

appium server完整报错信息：

Error: Failed to launch Appium Settings app: Cannot start the
‘io.appium.settings’ application. Visit

找了一天的错误，故记录一下
原因：旧的测试机不小心手动删除了appium setting包（如下图），所以再次跑appium时报错： Cannot start the ‘io.appium.settings’ application

在手机进行第一次运行appium操作的时候，会安装appium settings以及两个iuautomator2的包，如下
