划分训练集（出现 No such file or directory问题）

先附上代码。，将训练集、验证集、测试集生成label标签（训练中要用到）

一开始我的文件是放在目录下的文件里面，它一直报错，找不到某个xml文件（但是是存在的）

解决：我把它拉到目录下，它突然就ok了，我也不知道为啥
