PHP中date.timezone的设置

从php5.1.0开始，php.ini中加入了date.timezone这个选项，默认情况下是关闭的。显示的时间是格林威治标准时间，和北京时间差了正好8个小时，假如不设置的话，会经常出现以下错误

It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. You are *required* to use the date.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set()
 function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. We selected the timezone 'UTC' for now, but please set date.timezone to select your timezone。

参考了网上的做法，在php.ini中修改date.timezone = "Asia/Shanghai"，发现apache无法启动，找了一下原因，原来在设置这个值的时候是不能加双引号的，所以以下才是正确的设法

date.timezone = Asia/Shanghai
