openwrt disable serial console message when booting

在openwrt启动过程中，向串口的输出主要有四个部分（如下所示）：U-Boot 的输出，kernel的输出，文件系统启动过程中的输出（也是kernel输出的一部分，但是打印语句在系统的配置文件中），系统输出。
