一、下载openssl-for-windows

http://code.google.com/p/openssl-for-windows/

例如下载：

http://openssl-for-windows.googlecode.com/files/openssl-0.9.8k_WIN32.zip

下载完毕后直接解压缩，cmd命令进入bin目录下：

openssl genrsa -3 -out testkey.pem 2048

成功生成：testkey.pem

openssl req -new -x509 -key testkey.pem -out testkey.x509.pem -days 10000

输出错误信息：

Unable to load config info from  c:/openssl/ssl/openssl.cnf

只要把openssl目录下的openssl.cnf文件复制到 c:/openssl/ssl/目录下即可（目录不存在则手动创建之）。

然后再次输入上述命令后输出：

What you are about to enter is what is called a Distinguished Name or a DN.
There are quite a few fields but you can leave some blank
For some fields there will be a default value,
If you enter '.', the field will be left blank.

成功生成：testkey.x509.pem

openssl pkcs8 -in testkey.pem -topk8 -outform DER -out testkey.pk8 -nocrypt

成功生成：testkey.pk8

二、签名

signapk.jar testkey.x509.pem  testkey.pk8 HelloJni_test.apk HelloJni_test_signed.apk
