关于JSP中Cookie读写中文乱码的问题

最近联系Cookie读写，发现中文读写为乱码：研究一番，解决方案如下：

写入Cookie时，将要写入的字符串编码：

oneCookie=new Cookie("lastAccessDate",java.net.URLEncoder.encode(lastAccessDate));

lastAccessDate为带写入的字符串；

读取Cookie时，将读出的字符串解码：

lastAccessDate=java.net.URLDecoder.decode(cookies[index].getValue());

总之，利用URLEncoder（）和URLDecoder（）操作：

详细例子如下：
