SQL> show 　parameter  sec_case_sensitive_logon

sec_case_sensitive_logon             boolean     TRUE
SQL> ALTER SYSTEM SET SEC_CASE_SENSITIVE_LOGON = FALSE;

系统已更改。

SQL> show 　parameter  sec_case_sensitive_logon
