MVC .NET运行机制

添加了URLRoutingModule，此module注册了PostResolveRequestCache事件，此事件里面寻找匹配路由并映射MVCHandler，MVCHandler找到相应的controller，controller利用actioninvoker找到相应的action，通过viewengine来render相应的actionresult

IIS 全局web.config里预先配置了很多module，具体如下
