[kubernetes]-k8s使用velero备份恢复采用minio和oss

Velero 架构

Velero 分为两部分：

• 服务端：部署在目标 k8s 集群中
• 客户端：运行在本地环境中，需要已配置好 kubectl 及集群 kubeconfig 的机器上
