WRR Generates OFA*.t Temp File in /var/tmp Directory Instead of $APPLTMP [ID 276695.1]

Symptoms

The Web Report Review Agent is generating OFA*.t temp files in the /var/tmp directory instead of $APPLTMP.

Cause

FNDWRR does use APPLTMP as its temp directory, but remember FNDWRR is a CGI program so you must set APPLTMP in your WEBSERVER environment.

Solution

1. Define the APPLTMP variable in apps.conf as:
($IAS_ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Apache/conf   例如：   /u02/mis/app/gdprd/gdprdora/iAS/Apache/Apache/conf  ）
SetEnv APPLTMP "/home9/apps/actcomn/temp"  

2. Bounce the Apache server.

Note: The path above would be the full path of your $APPLTMP
