(4)springcloud创建服务消费者（Ribbon）

1.创建hello-spring-cloud-web-admin-ribbon

3.通过@EnableDiscoveryClient注解注册到服务中心

5.Configuration

配置注入RestTemplate的Bean，并通过@LoadBalanced注解标明开启负载均衡功能

将上一篇 的8763端口号改成8762 再起一个服务

刷新Eureka

6.创建测试service

7.创建controller调用测试的service

8.浏览器 刷新可以看到一会访问8762 一会儿访问8763 实现负载均衡
