Unable to connect to specified host.
已经配置好了server manager中的地图服务

但是在MapResourceItem集合编辑器中输入完Type和DataSource的内容后，

点击Resource中的地图名时就出现Unable to connect to the specified host错误框.

个人空间 发短消息 加为好友 当前离线  2# 大 中 小 发表于 2010-1-16 00:23  只看该作者 In order for the MapResourceManager Visual Studio dialog to connect to an "ArcGIS Server Local" connection, the Windows user that you are logged in as *must* be in the agsadmin group on the ArcGIS server (even if ArcGIS Server SOM and Visual Studio are on the same machine). If that user is not in agsadmin, you will get the "Unable to connect to specified host" error.

This is not a requirement for an "Internet" type of connection, which is why you are able to make that connection without the user being in agsadmin.

By the way, the identity tag in web.config is different and not related. The identity tag is used when the web application is run, and has no relevance for connnecting via Visual Studio.

Note that after adding a user to the agsadmin group, you must log off and back on for the change to take effect.

And for a local connection, I am pretty sure you have to use your network/domain name for your computer, as opposed to "localhost".
