C&C++推荐书籍

推荐一些优秀的C&C++书籍，都是笔者已看过（某个版本）的，英文好的同学建议直接阅读原版（笔者英文比较菜，所以是看翻译版本。。。）。

C语言

这本是C语言之父写的，无需多言。
1. the c programming language - Brian W. Kernighan、Dennis M. Ritchie

C++语言

建议从这本开始看，非常适合入门：
1. c++ primer - Stanley B.Lippman / Josée LaJoie / Barbara E.Moo

提高可以看这些：

这本是c++语言之父写的，必读。
2. the c++ programming language - Bjarne Stroustrup

这两本是c++98时期的必读。
3. Effective C++ - Scott Meyers
4. More Effective C++ - Scott Meyers

这三本同为c++98时期，可选。
5. Exceptional C++ - Herb Sutter
6. More Exceptional C++ - Herb Sutter
7. Imperfect C++ - Matthew Wilson

想要深入了解C++，可以看这本。
8. Inside the C++ Object Model - Stanley B. Lippman

这本是编程风格，可以看一下，同时推荐谷歌的编程规范。
9. The Elements of C++ Style - Trevor Misfeldt / Gregory Bumgardner

这本是标准库，当参考书用，自行决定是否要阅读。
10. The C++ Standard Library - Nicolai M. Josuttis

设计模式

有时间就再看看这两本，第一本是以java语言举例的，有c++基础看懂一般没问题。
1. Head First Design Patterns - Elisabeth Freeman / Eric Freeman / Bert Bates / Kathy Sierra / Elisabeth Robson
2. Design Patterns: Elements of Reusable Object-Oriented Software - Erich Gamma / Richard Helm / Ralph Johnson / John Vlissides

重构

如果需要改动现有代码，建议看一下这一本。
