Personal Conclusion For 2017

To me,

Here, I'm gonna make a final conclusion for my last year(2017), though, it may be a bit late. Actually, during the past one year, I did achieve quite a lot from both work and life. For my life, I got my first baby in August, which is a very cute one. And I did find a target for my lift---Try my best, do as much as I can to educate my son. For my work, I completed two projects and leaded a small team to work. By leading a team, I did learn so much from my daily work and I did find some shortcomings during my day-to-day work. 

As a matter of fact, which I do want to  state here is that I have to accumulate as much knowledge as I can for my next year(2018), I have read some papers and get a conclusion that, currently, I do not have enough knowledge about programming and leading teams. Although, I can handle most of the work of my team correctly right now, still, I have to learn how exactly to lead a team or in other word, reading some books or blogs to get experience and principle about leading teams and managing works. Meanwhile, I realize the weakness of my basic knowledge about programming, such as the principle of jvm, basic principle of keywords. Therefore, I have to keep reading and try to understand the source code from jdk and make efforts to transfer my thoughs from 'How' to 'Why'. 

Hope that I can achieve more achievements in my new year.
