throttle&debounce

  Today ,I need programme to achieve this destination.Like the element tab of chrome developer tool,if you move the point to the dom element,the background of that will change to be distinguished from the other dom elements.I attache the mouseout and mouseover events to the document.Unfortunately,The browser will be die if the event be triggered continuously.My god! The idea is horrible to browser.

  Once,Fei told me the throttle and debounce .It is the first time  I need them to resolve my problem.
