数据库recover 过程的一些问题记录

刚做了一下Oracle的recover 中间的一些用到的知识点做下记录

When a user (a work process) commits a transaction, the transaction is assigned
a system change number (SCN) by the database system. Oracle records the
SCN along with the transaction's redo entries in the redo log.

At every log switch, Oracle increases the log sequence number(LSN). Through
the LSN, Oracle automatically create s a sequential numbering of redo logs.

5. Delete canceled and finished jobs.

Execute ABAP program RSBTCDEL, marking the field delete with forced mode: (transactionSE38). Select User name *; delete with force mode X

强制删除canceled and  finished jobs.

RSBTCDEL is a standard ABAP report available within your SAP system (depending on your version and release level). Below is the standard documentation available for this report and a few details of other objects it interacts with such as tables, function modules, includes etc. If you would like to see the full code listing simply enter RSBTCDEL into the relevant SAP transaction such as SE38 or SE80

You delete a job for one of two reasons: the job doesn't need to be processed or the job has already run and does not need to be analyzed or documented further. Until you delete it, a job remains in the job overview. When a job is deleted, it is removed from both the overview and the associated job log.

7. Check the consistency of the Temporary Sequential Objects (TemSe) by searching for files ofTemSe objects for which no TemSe objects exist: (transaction SP12).

Increase the DIA time to 1200 sec or run report RSTS0020 in background

SP12 >TemSeData Storage >consistency Check

Delete all the inconsistent entries. (You can use report RSTS0020to determine inconsistencies in the background and delete them in dialog with reportRSTS0030. Deletion in the background is not possible)

The purpose of the consistency check is to determine inconsistencies in your system.

When logging on to the system for the first time, you need to trigger a consistency check manually. The function is then called automatically whenever you start the system or an application server.

why should set logo group?

1、Use of dialog groups to separate the dialog load from other loads

Note:For background tasks, special job server groups are created as a logon group in transaction SM61.

2、Using a logon group to ensure the best possible distribution of dialog load

what is the difference between logon group(tcode-smlg) and
rfc group(tcode-sm59)?

Logon load distribution allows you to dynamically 
distribute the SAP users to application server instances. 
You can increase the efficiency of individual workgroups by 
setting up multiple logon groups that consists of one or 
more application instances.

RFC groups, you can control which servers can be used for 
parallel-processed jobs. An RFC group specifies the set of 
allowed servers for a particular parallel-processed job.

Try the button "Job-Servergruppen" on transaction SM61 here you can  create batch process server groups.

SMLG for User Logons

RZ12 for RFC groups  (used as well by async dialogs calls)

SM61 for Batch job groups

SM14 for Update prcoess server groups

OSS 是通过SAPROUTER 将用户的系统同SAP的系统连接起来（以前就安装saprouter就可以，现在SAP推荐用solution manager）。用户可以查notes，发消息等（这和通过sapservice网站连接实现的功能基本相同） 另外通过oss可以得到go live check， earlywatch 服务, SAP consultant也可登录到用户的系统为用户解决问题。

　　 用法是很简单，但前提是要有环境，通常正式用SAP生产的企业都会有OSS系统（注：OSS的目的也主要是为生产系统服务的）. 没有这样的环境，学习者是不可能有办法来模拟的。

Offline B ackup
The database is shut down before the backup. Database files are therefore
copied to the backup media in a closed state. If the database has been shut down
consistently (standard when using SAP tools ), data is backed up in a consistent
state, and can be restored and opened even without redo log files.

Online Backup
The database remains open during the backup, and activities can take place
(data can be modified) during this time. Obviously, data blocks copied to the
backup medium at the beginning of the backup procedure may correspond to
an older system change number than those backed up at the end. To restore a
consist ent database from such a backup, you need at least the redo information
written during the time of the backup procedure, so that all blocks in the restored
database can be recovered to a state corresponding to the time of the end of
the bac kup.
