解决方法：

before：
<!--导入外部配置文件  -->
    <context:property-placeholder location="classpath:/db.properties"/>

after：

<!--导入外部配置文件  -->
    <context:property-placeholder location="classpath:/db.properties" ignore-unresolvable="true"/>

ignore-unresolvable默认的设置为false
