数据库连接错误ORA-28547

1.连接数据库时候报错
[ora10g@dbsvr dbs]$ sqlplus "sys/oracle@test as sysdba"

3。tnsping连接正常

数据库再次连接正常，可能是实例动态注册的过程，会有一小段时间延迟
