原创 TNS：没有监听器 0X61915732指令引用的0X00000578内存，该内存不能为read 解决

昨天由于装了个PGP的测试软件,测试完以后,登陆oracle数据库连接时就出现这个问题了ORA－12541：TNS：没有监听器我又到网上搜索了这方面的问题，还是解决不了用lsnrctl启动listener监听器，开始就启动一下又停掉了，后来直接启动不起来了还弹出了下面的错误0X61915732指令引用的0X00000578内存，该内存不能为read 瞎搞了N个小时了，

D:/oracle/ora92/Apache/Apache/logs出现许多文件,致使数据变大error log特别大应该是我用c＃连接数据库造成的错误日志！！下面内容是在网上搜索到的，解决了我的问题e:/ORACLE/ORA92/APACHE/APACHE/logs里的error_log文件超大，有3个多G，可以删除它么？？？无法删除，总是说文件正在使用。

原创在oracle中创建方案

前天装了个oracle数据库，想建一个方案，没有相关的资料，在网上查找了一下才找到，在google上竟然没找到。还是在百度上找到了，很简单先在oracle数据库中创建一用户EMS_TEST然后再创建一个对象，在创建对象的时候要注意一点，创建的时候，方案的选项要选择你建的帐户， EMS_TEST，这样就能成功了！！
