Prerequisite & Precondition:

Visual Studio 2015 Enterprise (Update 3)
SQL Server 2014 Express
The web app is based on ASP. NET MVC 5, Entity Framework, and it has data stored in SQL Server.
The app is not originally created for Azure deployment.
An Azure account has been created with free subscription.
Step1: Creating Web App + SQL Services On Azure
Click the big green cross button, and follow the highlights in the snapshot
Click the Create button
Create Web App:
Select a free plan of course:
Create SQL Service:
And once you get back here, click the Create button
After that, you would see:
Step2: Changing SQL Service Firewall Setting
You need to operate the SQL Service through your local SQL Server Management Studio, and by default, all the ip address are blocked add you need to add your ip address to the white list.
Step3: Publishing your app from Visual Studio 2015
Generate the publishing profile, you will receive a .PublishSettings file
Publish Your App In Visual Studio
Select the .PublishSettings file you just downloaded, and in the following steps, leave the settings as default
Hit on 'Publish', to publish it straight away. Or preview the changes:
