Tomcat7.0 Can't load AMD 64-bit .dll on a IA 32-bit platform

下载后替换：http://tomcat.heanet.ie/native/1.1.12/binaries/win32/tcnative-1.dll

替换bin下和C:/WINDOWS/system32/重新启动、C:\Windows\SysWOW64重新启动

tomcat 8.0 64位，直接将bin下的tcnative-1.dll 拷贝到C:\Windows\SysWOW64重新启动
