Go into your AndroidManifest.xml file

PS:小米手机如果你并非是在第一次安装app前就更换好图标，可能会无法实现更换图标，即使是多次卸载，貌似是小米坑爹的缓存，所以最好是一开始在第一次测试安装前就更换好图标而不是之后来换！
