目前适用于32/64位的44版以后的chrome。

1.将下列code保存为文件DevWarningPatch.bat，放在安装chrome（chrome.dll）的根目录下。
2.退出chrome，包括后台运行。
3.右键点击DevWarningPatch.bat以管理员身份运行。
