Communications Management
Ensuring timely and appropriate project information, including its generation, collection, distribution, storage, retrieval, and ultimate disposition. It consists of identifying stakeholders, planning communications, distributing information, managing stakeholder expectations, and reporting performance.
This plan should describe meetings and reports as well as the frequency and content of reports sent to senior management, stakeholders, and the client. It should also describe the frequency and agenda for regular and exception meetings, such as team status meetings and senior management project reviews.
